As an IT System Supporter, you ensure that employees can always access a stable and functioning IT environment. You take care of supporting modern workplace systems, assist with technical challenges, and ensure quick and sustainable problem resolution. Besides daily user support, you contribute to the further development of the IT landscape and actively bring in your technical experience.
Responsibilities:
Processing and coordination of support requests as well as independent error analysis and fault resolution
Support for IT users regarding questions about systems, applications, and workplace environments
Provision, setup, and lifecycle management of clients, end devices, and required software solutions
Responsibility for user administration and permission management within the Active Directory environment
Participation in IT procurement, system implementations, as well as maintenance and management of IT inventory data
Qualifications:
Completed EFZ training in computer science or a comparable technical qualification
Professional experience in the IT field, ideally with a focus on user support and client management
Solid practical knowledge of Windows systems and a good understanding of current IT technologies
Experience in evaluating, selecting, and introducing hardware and software components in client/server infrastructures
High service orientation, strong problem-solving skills, and professional demeanour with very good German skills as well as French skills
