Role:
A versatile role for a practical IT personality who wants to combine technical expertise with project responsibility. In a varied service environment, you support different customers and continuously develop their IT infrastructures together with the team.
In addition to operational system engineering, you will increasingly take responsibility for the planning and implementation of infrastructure projects. Modern Microsoft technologies, cloud solutions, and reliable IT services are at the centre of this.
Responsibilities:
Support and further development of IT infrastructures for various customers
Administration of Microsoft client and server systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments
Operation and optimisation of LAN, firewall, backup, and cloud solutions
Troubleshooting and support for complex support requests
Planning, coordination, and implementation of IT projects including cost control, documentation, and completion
Work in the helpdesk as well as carrying out maintenance and support assignments on-site or remotely
Qualifications:
Training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable technical qualification
Practical experience in IT support, system engineering, and administration of Microsoft infrastructures
Good knowledge of client/server environments, networks, firewalls, backup solutions, and Microsoft 365
High technical affinity and motivation to continuously develop yourself and obtain relevant certifications
Communicative and service-oriented personality with enjoyment of direct customer contact
Very good German skills, good English skills, and a category B driving licence
