Your Responsibilities
- * You lead, develop, and empower a team of up to 15 employees.
- * You are responsible for the professional quality, workload, and further development of the department.
- * You accompany key mandates and act as a sparring partner for complex trust and tax matters.
- * You optimise processes, promote digitalisation, and ensure a high level of service quality.
- * You contribute to strategic planning, the expansion of customer relationships, and employee development.
Our Requirements
- * Solid trust services experience as well as several years of leadership experience or clearly demonstrable leadership maturity.
- * Advanced professional qualification in trust services or finance.
- * You combine business understanding, organisational strength, and a respectful, committed leadership style.
