We are exclusively mandated by a service company on the Neuchâtel coast and are looking for its future:

Occupational Pension Manager ALL-FR at 70% (M/F)

Your main responsibilities

• Independently ensure the technical, administrative and accounting management of pension funds.
• Take charge of activities related to the management of vested benefits accounts.
• Ensure rigorous and professional follow-up of the files of insured persons and employers.
• Be the preferred contact person for insured persons, employers and external service providers, in German and French.
• Contribute to the efficient organisation of the sector and actively participate in its development.

Your profile

• Commercial training or equivalent qualification.
• The federal diploma in social insurance or occupational pension schemes is an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of the German language - minimum level C1.
• Several years of professional experience in the field of occupational pensions is an additional asset.
• Very good command of IT tools.
• Autonomous, proactive and organised personality with an excellent team spirit.
• High sense of responsibility, integrity, stress resistance and ability to adapt quickly to varied requirements.
• Strong customer orientation and solution-focused approach.
