Microsoft System Engineer (m/f/d)
Role:
As a Microsoft System Engineer, you are responsible for the operation, support and further development of modern IT infrastructures for diverse SME clients. You work in the areas of Microsoft technologies, cloud, client, server, network and security and independently implement technical solutions as well as exciting IT projects. In doing so, you advise customers, optimise existing environments and ensure reliable and secure IT operations.
Responsibilities:
Support and further development of Microsoft-based IT environments for SME clients
Installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows Server, Windows Client and other Microsoft solutions
Administration and optimisation of Microsoft 365 and modern cloud services
Implementation of IT infrastructure projects in the areas of on-premise, cloud and migration
Analysis, handling and sustainable resolution of technical faults in 2nd-level support
Support of customers via remote support, telephone or directly on site
Ensuring stable, performant and secure operation of the supported IT systems
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ system technology or a comparable technical qualification
Solid experience with Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, Windows Client, Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365
Good knowledge in the administration of virtualisation environments such as Microsoft Hyper-V
Experience with network technologies such as TCP/IP, firewall, VPN, VLAN and internet infrastructures
Knowledge in the areas of cloud solutions, IT security and modern infrastructure technologies
Very good German skills spoken and written as well as good English skills
