Product Manager Fuel Cells (m/f/d)
How do you make high-performance machines levitate? Our Rocken partner develops and produces innovative turbo compressors and drive systems with gas and magnetic bearing technology. The solutions are used in demanding industrial applications – from cryogenics to semiconductor technology to fuel cell systems. - Experts in fuel cell products who know the relevant markets and customers. They gather customer and market needs and derive future requirements for the product portfolio from them.
- They derive the product strategy from this, both for existing and new customers and newly to be developed applications. They define product specifications and accompany development projects together with the responsible project manager up to field testing and market launch.
- They are responsible for the commercial overall success of their products, actively participate in customer meetings and trade fairs, and support sales with the necessary preparatory work and sales documents.
- As product managers, they analyse sales performance, know the cost structure of the products, and initiate any further steps for optimisation.
- They support support and sales with system-related questions and derive product improvements from them.
- They train internal as well as external parties in handling the products.
- Collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal interfaces (especially development and production) in interdisciplinary project teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering (ETH/FH/TU) or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in development and/or product management of mechanical/electronic systems with appropriate further training
- Experience in the automotive environment and/or fuel cell sector is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Willingness to travel
