Medical Practice Assistant 20% - Emergency Practice

Exciting challenges await you

• Reception of patients and ensuring optimal care
• Handling telephone patient enquiries during opening hours
• Performing administrative tasks (including writing reports and recording services (TARDOC))
• Assisting and supporting consultations and wound care
• Conducting laboratory tests and ECGs
• Acting as a hub between the hospital and general practitioners

What distinguishes you for the job

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ
• Several years of professional experience
• Willingness to work exclusively in evening, weekend and public holiday shifts including holiday cover (working hours: Mon-Fri 17:00 - 22:15, weekends and public holidays: 09:30 - 22:15 in shift work)
• Impeccable knowledge of medical terminology, as well as good MS Office skills
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form; any additional foreign language is an advantage
• High degree of independence, flexibility and service orientation
