As a partner of prestigious companies in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a passionate and experienced BUSINESS ANALYST 80-100% to join a dynamic company.
Your mission: Within the Information Systems Department, you are responsible for:
- Participating in projects in the role of Business Analyst
- Gathering and synthesising requirements from departments and business referents
- Modelling processes and participating in project scoping
- Writing specifications and tender documents
- Formalising and tracking requirements throughout the project
- Understanding technical issues to translate them to departments and business referents
- Defining acceptance criteria and test strategy
- Testing, monitoring compliance and quality of deliverables
- Training users and organising change management actions
- Organising the transition and deployment of solutions
- Managing the product and application lifecycle
- Overseeing application maintenance (corrective, adaptive and evolutionary)
- Formalising and tracking incidents, problems or change requests (product backlog)
- Coordinating maintenance with users and suppliers
BUSINESS ANALYST 80-100% - Geneva
Your profile:
Holding a higher education degree (Master, University of Applied Sciences, EPFL) in computer science, you have more than 3 years of experience in Business Analysis.
You can also demonstrate:
- training and/or experience in analysing and formalising IT requirements
- knowledge of analysis and modelling tools (BPMN, UML)
- a good understanding of IT professions (development and deployment principles, databases, testing, maintenance, etc.), experience in software development is a plus
- excellent communication, listening, synthesis and writing skills in French
- a proven sense of organisation and prioritisation
- knowledge of major project management principles (Hermès or Scrum)
Additional assets for your application include:
- experience in custom application development, product owner role and prioritising requirements
- experience in quality assurance, setting up test campaigns, writing automated tests
- experience in managing IT products as an application manager, knowledge of IT support and maintenance principles (ITIL best practices for example)
