Internal Sales Administrator International (m/f/d)

Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you will be responsible in internal sales for the support of major customers at home and abroad. You will work closely with the Key Account Managers.
Responsibilities:
You are the first point of contact for existing major customers
Creation and maintenance of quotations, orders and framework agreements
Technical and administrative support for customers
Online training sessions and customer meetings
Configuration of technical devices according to customer specifications
Participation in acquiring new accounts
Qualifications:
Technical training with internal sales experience is essential
Experience in customer service for technical products
Sound knowledge of ERP, CRM and MS Office
Independent, precise and customer-oriented
Very good German and English
