HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

The HVAC Maintenance Technician ensures the preventive and corrective maintenance of the assigned installations, in accordance with the schedule established via the CMMS, to guarantee their proper functioning, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Attached to our Vaud agency, they mainly operate in the canton of Vaud, particularly in the Vallée de Joux.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintenance and technical intervention:

• Take technical responsibility for the installations and adhere to the preventive maintenance and servicing schedule via the CMMS.
• Carry out, monitor, and update interventions recorded in the CMMS.
• Perform troubleshooting and corrective interventions within the allotted timeframes.

Administrative follow-up and reporting:

• Write intervention reports and ensure their validation with the client.
• Participate in the on-call service according to the established schedule.
• Provide regular activity reports to the direct supervisor.

SKILLS AND ATTITUDES

• Perfect mastery of at least two techniques (heating, ventilation, hydraulics, sanitary) and their scope.
• Very good organisational skills.
• Adapts easily to complex situations and knows how to prioritise.
• Comfortable with IT tools.
• Demonstrates discipline in their work, is meticulous, thorough, and thoughtful.
• Good communicator, ensuring good relationships with internal and external clients as well as colleagues.
• Service-oriented.

• Compliance with procedures: Respects company processes related to their activity. May suggest improvements.
• Execution: Controls the conformity of the interventions they perform.
• Non-conformity: Reports findings, participates in handling non-conformities related to their contracts, in coordination with the sector/service manager. May propose and participate in implementing corrective and/or preventive actions.
