Your mission
- Regularly update, complete and accurately manage all data in the ATS Bullhorn, in accordance with internal processes.
- Analyse the local labour market, identify trends and evaluate various candidate sources.
- Define and implement effective and high-quality recruitment processes and actions, in coordination with the team management.
- Identify and approach potential candidates via social networks (notably LinkedIn), professional networks as well as traditional recruitment channels (Internet and job platforms).
- Write and publish attractive job advertisements with the right amount of creativity, while respecting internal standards.
- Develop and actively maintain a strong and sustainable candidate network.
- Conduct regular visits to clients and ensure follow-up of assignments.
- Conduct telephone interviews and face-to-face recruitment interviews.
- Check candidates’ references and skills, and carry out tests if necessary.
- Support and prepare candidates for client interviews, then follow them up until contract signing.
- Ensure on-site presence at clients in the Geneva region.

Your profile
- Completed commercial training (CFC commercial employee or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent command of German, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is an asset.
- Initial experience with recruitment platforms and knowledge of Active Sourcing would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical mindset, ability to work cross-functionally, strong service orientation and autonomy in work.
