Solar Installer / Photovoltaic Technician (m/f/d)

Your Role & Responsibilities:

For a leading and future-oriented company in solar technology, we are seeking motivated specialists and experienced all-rounders for the construction of modern photovoltaic systems.

• Professional installation: Installation of PV systems on pitched and flat roofs.

• Teamwork on site: Close collaboration with site managers, project managers and the installation team.

• Point of contact: Solution- and customer-oriented manner towards clients and contacts on the construction site.

• Proactive & hands-on: Early identification of challenges on site and active problem solving.

• Basic training or experience: Completed apprenticeship in building envelope or timber construction (e.g. roofer, carpenter, tinsmith EFZ/EBA) or solid practical experience in photovoltaic installation.

• Height suitability & safety: You are not afraid of heights, physically fit and appreciate working outdoors.

• Working style: Independent, reliable and with a strong focus on quality.

• Languages: Good German skills (spoken and written) for smooth communication within the team and with customers.

• Mobility: Driving licence category B is an advantage.
