Team Leader: E-Shop Logistics

Tasks

• Together with the other team leaders, you lead and coordinate an area with around 50 employees on site in the warehouse area and ensure a smooth process in the operational day-to-day business
• In the professional and organisational leadership of the area, you support the department head and take full responsibility as deputy during their absence
• In case of deviations, disruptions or personnel challenges, you act as the central contact person, analyse the causes and promptly initiate appropriate measures
• You keep an eye on the ongoing logistics processes and ensure that quality standards, safety regulations, operational requirements and internal guidelines are consistently adhered to
• You actively promote good collaboration between the teams, support the team leaders in their leadership work and drive the continuous optimisation of processes

Requirements

• A completed basic education as a logistics specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification forms your professional basis. Further training as a logistics specialist with a federal diploma is an advantage
• You bring several years of leadership experience in an operational logistics, production or shipping environment. Experience in leading managers is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial thinking, a structured and solution-oriented working style as well as a confident overview even with a high workload and in demanding situations characterise you
• As a responsible, assertive and team-oriented leadership personality, you motivate employees, make decisions and strengthen team cohesion
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good knowledge of common IT systems complete your profile. Experience with warehouse management or logistics systems is an advantage
