- You play an active role in managing and controlling the assigned ICT services and keep the ICT service documentation always up to date.
- As the person responsible for the workplace, you take on responsibility and are available for technical support if needed.
- You actively engage in the further development of the IT service management system and all processes.
- Creating SLA and performance reports for all services is within your area of responsibility. Additionally, you support the departments in successfully integrating new services into operations.
- Furthermore, you participate in service and process audits as well as in various projects.
Qualifications:
- You have completed training or further education in computer science/business informatics, ideally at HF or FH level.
- You have professional experience in ICT service management.
- Your thinking and actions are networked and solution-oriented.
- You possess very good German language skills.
