The company is a leading corporate group in the Swiss mobility and automotive market, offering comprehensive services in vehicle trading, mobility solutions, financing, service, and digital offerings. With high market expertise, a broad service portfolio, and a strong customer orientation, it supports private and business customers throughout the entire mobility lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
You ensure the timely and accurate payroll processing for one or more business units.
You prepare booking documents and handle social security and withholding tax accounting.
You support the team with annual financial statements and payroll declarations and take on administrative closing tasks.
You reconcile payroll data with financial accounting and ensure clean processing.
Additionally, you actively contribute to the automation and optimisation of payroll processes.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial basic education as well as further training in payroll, social security, finance, fiduciary services, or HR.
You have several years of payroll experience or relevant professional experience in a related field.
You are familiar with SAP HR and the payroll and time management modules.
Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel, Outlook, and Teams, are part of your profile.
Very good German language skills.
