Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and analysing production costs and budget
- Preparing cost analyses and reports to optimise production processes
- Conducting variance analyses and identifying cost-saving potentials
- Supporting the preparation of production budgets and forecasts
- Contributing to the development of KPIs for production performance assessment
- Carrying out profitability calculations for investment projects
- Close collaboration with other departments such as production, purchasing and finance
- Contributing to the implementation and optimisation of controlling tools and processes
Qualifications:
- Completed degree with a focus on controlling, finance or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a production environment
- Sound knowledge of cost accounting and controlling methods
- Proficient use of ERP systems and MS Excel
- Good German and English skills, additional languages advantageous
