Your tasks
- Sparring partner for managers and employees of various business areas in all personnel-related matters
- Proactively supporting personnel and organisational changes thanks to good HR process and business understanding
- Engagement in HR projects for the continuous development of working methods and services
- Recruitment of new employees in the assigned areas
- Ensuring efficient, service-oriented HR work in collaboration with HR administration and payroll
Your profile
- Further education or university degree (FH/University), ideally with a business administration or comparable background, or completed further education in Human Resources combined with sound knowledge of Swiss labour law
- At least 5 years of proven professional experience in a comparable, advisory role
- Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage
- Confident German language skills as well as good English skills
- Enjoyment in consulting, interest in the business and a good eye for the essentials
- Analytical and conceptual skills combined with a solution-oriented and pragmatic hands-on mentality
