Digital Workplace Engineer (m/f/d)
Role:
As a Digital Workplace Engineer (m/f/d), you are responsible for the smooth operation and further development of the digital workplace environment. You support employees with technical challenges, ensure efficient IT support, and make sure that modern IT work tools function reliably. In doing so, you manage clients, user accounts, Microsoft cloud services, as well as various workplace technologies and actively contribute to the optimisation of IT services.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring reliable workplace support at 1st and 2nd level for internal users
Analysing, prioritising, and resolving IT disruptions, incidents, and service requests
Managing identities, permissions, and access rights
Installing, provisioning, and maintaining clients, mobile devices, and other end devices throughout the entire lifecycle
Supporting Microsoft 365 services and collaboration platforms
Ensuring the operation of workplace hardware, peripherals, and technical workplace solutions
Conducting user training and providing technical support for application queries
Participating in ICT projects, process optimisations, and the further development of IT services
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science, ICT, or a comparable technical qualification
Initial practical experience in workplace engineering, service desk, or IT support
Solid knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID
Experience with network fundamentals, hardware, printing solutions, and ticketing systems
Interest in modern workplace technologies and digital working environments
Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
