Customer Advisor (M/F)

Mandated by one of our clients active in the telecommunications sector, we are looking for several temporary full-time customer advisors.

As part of your duties, you will be required to perform the following tasks:

• Welcoming customers
  
• Identifying needs and advising customers
  
• Selling subscriptions and telephone devices
  
• Resolving minor faults on devices
  
• Conducting inventories and placing orders
• Making telephone calls

• Clean criminal record
• Clean debt collection office certificate
• Federal VET Diploma in sales
  
• Two years of professional experience
  
• Ability to work independently
  
• Easy contact with customers
  
• Fluent command of French
  
• Good computer skills
