Project Management Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Sanitary (m/f/d)

You not only support all areas of building technology with your expertise but also assist in special fields such as energy consulting, condition analyses or GEAK / funding & subsidy applications. In addition, they are well prepared for the future by having broad know-how in BIM (Building Information Modelling) projects.
Responsibilities:
You manage projects and construction sites of various sizes in Eastern Switzerland, Zurich and Central Switzerland
You competently lead project and specialist planner teams as well as contractors
You communicate and coordinate independently with all project participants and maintain direct contact with your supervisor
You control quality throughout the entire project
You create project and execution plans as well as tenders
You conduct cost-effectiveness calculations, compare variants and control costs
You lead project meetings, prepare and follow up on them, and take minutes
You supervise acceptance, handover and commissioning
You ensure a smooth process in all project phases
Qualifications:
You are a trained heating, ventilation or sanitary planner and have experience as a project manager
You are familiar with digital construction and want to actively shape the rapid development, especially in the BIM area
You have confident knowledge of MS Office
You are open to new technologies and digital working methods
