For the exclusive Tertianum Park Residence and the public park restaurant in Meilen, we are looking for a

Chef / Cook EFZ 50-100%

Part-time 08:45 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 21:00

or

Part-time with five working days from 08:45 to 14:00

or five working days from 16:00 to 21:00

Your tasks

• Responsible for the professional preparation and presentation of all diet types according to the menu plan and special requests
• Co-responsible for efficient inventory management
• Compliance with the HACCP concept and occupational safety regulations
• Proper and professional organisation of work within the kitchen service
• Co-responsibility for controlling management and quality management

Your profile

• Training as a chef/cook EFZ with professional experience
• Proven experience in upscale gastronomy/hotellerie in the à la carte area of hot and cold cuisine as well as at banquets
• Professional and independent working attitude
• Flair for plating and decorating dishes
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of diverse challenges
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
