Group Leader (all)
Your Tasks
- Responsible for the execution of the assigned tasks
- Ensuring the scheduling and availability of the allocated resources
- Order-related material procurement and inspection of incoming goods
- Responsible for compliance with all safety regulations at the workplaces, ensuring quality, deadlines, regulations and standards, reporting errors to the responsible authority
- Timely recording of additional work and measurements
- Monitoring and controlling the time tracking of employees
- Assisting in the training and further education of employees and apprentices
- Supporting the chief fitter in quality discussions with employees
Your Expertise
- Completed apprenticeship as a network electrician EFZ or about 5 years of experience as a network fitter
- Leadership experience, possibly with relevant further training
- Flair for organisation and personnel planning
- Independent, cooperative and responsible
- Team player and conscientious
- Holder of driving licence category B/BE
