Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Design and implementation of individual IT solutions from technical planning to productive commissioning
Support of heterogeneous customer environments with a focus on Microsoft technologies, cloud services, and central infrastructure components
Execution of migrations, system adjustments, and technical renewals to improve stability, security, and performance
Investigation and resolution of complex infrastructure and system issues as well as continuous monitoring of ongoing operations
Direct communication with customers, recording technical requirements, and accompanying projects, changes, and knowledge transfers
Qualifications:
Completed IT training or comparable professional background with a focus on system technology, infrastructure, or cloud
Practical experience in supporting Windows-based IT environments as well as handling Microsoft infrastructure
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure; experience with identity, cloud, and security topics is an advantage
Understanding of networks, virtualisation, backup, and IT security as well as willingness to learn new technologies
Analytical and structured working style, strong customer orientation, independent action, as well as very good German and good English skills
