For our client in the Basel area, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an attractive permanent position for an HR Generalist (60-80%).
Your tasks
- Complete personnel administration from A to Z
- Preparation of employment contracts, confirmations, work certificates as well as general correspondence
- Responsibility for the time recording system
- Support of employees in all HR matters
- Support of managers in all HR matters
- Recruitment of employees
- Further development of HR processes
- Responsibility for the monthly payroll runs
Your profile
- Completed commercial training
- Further training as a personnel assistant or HR specialist
- Experience in a similar position (including payroll)
- Very good MS Office skills
- Very good German skills as well as good French skills
