- Design, implementation, and operation of Microsoft 365 and cloud solutions
- Support and further development of Remote Desktop Services
- Design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and network infrastructures (firewalls, switches, access points)
- Analysis and sustainable resolution of faults in customer environments remotely and on-site
- Active participation in the design and optimisation of monitoring and RMM systems
- Advising customers on infrastructure, modernisation, and cloud topics
- Ensuring stable, secure, and documented IT environments
- At least 5 years of professional experience as an IT System Engineer since completing training
- Sound knowledge of Windows Server, client operating systems, virtualisation, and cloud technologies
- Experience in operating complex IT systems and networks
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
- High customer orientation and sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills and team player
- Fluent German skills (C2) and very good English skills (B2)
- Driving licence category B
- Technical scope for design and direct influence on architectural decisions
- Guaranteed home office up to 3 working days per week

Tasks
- Independent planning and implementation of complex migration projects in the Microsoft environment- Design, implementation, and operation of Microsoft 365 and cloud solutions
- Support and further development of Remote Desktop Services
- Design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and network infrastructures (firewalls, switches, access points)

Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ specialising in system technology, ideally supplemented by specialised IT further education (HF/FH)- At least 5 years of professional experience as an IT System Engineer since completing training
- Sound knowledge of Windows Server, client operating systems, virtualisation, and cloud technologies
- Experience in operating complex IT systems and networks
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
- High customer orientation and sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills and team player
- Fluent German skills (C2) and very good English skills (B2)
- Driving licence category B
