• As the link between Planzer Paket and our customers, you ensure smooth communication
• You handle customer enquiries efficiently, using our customer portal and transport tools
• You share responsibility for communication in case of delays or complaints
• You inform new customers about the product range of Planzer Paket while offering suitable renewals to existing customers
• Marketing communication and customer retention are also part of your duties

• Fluency in German and French enables you to communicate professionally with customers
• With empathy, willingness to learn and resilience, you master even demanding situations
• You approach problems with a solution-oriented mindset and remain friendly in customer contact
• Organisational talent and teamwork complete your profile

Holidays
In the 1st year of apprenticeship you have 8 weeks, in the 2nd year 7 weeks and in the following years 6 weeks of holiday.

Events
During your training with us, you will participate in various events such as Welcome Day, advanced seminar, apprentice camp, graduation ceremony, etc.

Financial support
With us, not only the salary is right: you receive a fair apprentice salary plus a 13th monthly salary. If you give your full effort at school, in the inter-company course and in the company, you can even secure a performance bonus. We pay for school materials and give you a financial contribution for your notebook. On top of that, you get a half-fare travelcard for your entire apprenticeship.
