Human Talents is looking, for one of its clients, a flagship boutique in the field of high-end watchmaking and jewellery located on the Lake Geneva arc, for a young talent passionate about watchmaking and driven by the desire to offer a unique customer experience.

Your mission

You welcome and assist each client with care and professionalism in order to understand their expectations and to offer them the most appropriate timepieces or jewellery items.

Through the quality of your advice, your knowledge of the pieces and your sense of service, you contribute to creating a privileged and lasting relationship with the clientele.

Your responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients throughout their visit
• Identify their expectations and propose pieces suited to their tastes and needs
• Present with precision the technical characteristics, history and particularities of the different timepieces
• Offer a personalised experience, in line with luxury sector standards
• Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients
• Ensure follow-up of sales and client requests
• Ensure the quality of the boutique’s presentation and its image
• Keep informed of new products and watchmaking news

Your profile

• Higher commercial education (EHL) or commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in luxury product sales, ideally in prestigious watchmaking
• Excellent watchmaking culture and interest in jewellery
• Very good sense of welcome, advice and service
• Mastery of sales and customer loyalty techniques
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal skills and ease in relationships
• Fluent in French and English
• Diplomatic, discreet, rigorous and solution-oriented personality
• Team spirit and ability to thrive in a demanding environment
