Project Manager Heating/ Ventilation/ Sanitary (m/f/d)

Role:

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced professional to independently manage demanding building services engineering projects from the concept phase to successful commissioning. You will take on the technical and organisational responsibility for complex projects and coordinate the involved specialist partners throughout the entire project execution. In addition to planning, project meetings, site supervision, quality assurance and commissioning are part of your responsibilities. Responsibilities:

• Independent management and handling of building services engineering projects from the concept and planning phase to commissioning

• Technical handling and coordination of complex projects with multiple internal and external project participants

• Responsibility for deadlines, costs, quality and technical specifications within the projects managed

• Conducting and leading project and coordination meetings with clients, planners and contractors

• Taking over the site supervision and ensuring the proper implementation of the planned solutions

• Preparation and review of concepts, planning documents, tenders and technical documentation

• Coordination of interfaces with architecture, electrical, HVAC and other specialist planning

• Ensuring design and execution in accordance with relevant SIA standards and Swiss building services engineering standards

• Support during acceptances, functional checks, commissioning and project handovers

• Support in the further development of planning standards, quality assurance and digital project processes

Qualifications:

• Technical further education as Technician HF or Engineer FH, preferably in building services engineering or a related field

• Several years of experience in project management and technical design

• Sound knowledge in the planning and realisation of building services engineering projects

• Experience in site supervision, commissioning and quality assurance

• Knowledge of relevant SIA standards and Swiss construction and building services engineering standards

• Confident handling of industry-standard CAD/BIM and design software

• Very good German language skills for project meetings and technical documentation
