On behalf of our client, an established and recognised fiduciary firm in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a Senior Fiduciary Mandate Manager capable of supporting a demanding clientele while ensuring the quality of services and case follow-up

Job Description
Your tasksMandate management
- Independent management of a portfolio of SMEs, entrepreneurs, and corporate groups
- Preparation of annual and interim closings
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Management of salaries and social insurances
- Preparation of financial reports and consolidated accounts
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards
- Preparation of tax returns for individuals and legal entities
- Preparation of tax forms and documents for the competent authorities
- Tax advice and client support
- Analysis of accounting, tax, and organisational issues
- Quality control of files
- Coordination of tasks assigned to collaborators
- Support and development of team skills
- Support for department heads and management
- Primary contact for clients
- Development and retention of the existing portfolio
- Participation in the preparation of offers and development of new mandates
- Long-term support of clients in their operational and strategic needs

We expect
Your profile- Federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting, fiduciary agent diploma, or equivalent training
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a fiduciary environment
- Very good knowledge of accounting, taxation, salaries, and social insurances
- Proven experience in independent mandate management
- Excellent client orientation and service mindset
- Leadership, autonomy, and rigour
- Ability to supervise and support a team
- Good command of English
- German is an asset
- Swiss nationality or valid work permit
