Building Technician Sanitary/Heating Technology (m/f/d) - You Choose Your Fixed Location!

• Operation, maintenance and monitoring of heating and sanitary systems as well as other building technical facilities
• Independent execution of repairs, installations as well as maintenance and servicing work
• Ensuring the functionality of all technical systems and installations in the building
• Analysis and troubleshooting of system faults as well as support in root cause analysis
• Control and support in compliance with relevant regulations, safety and environmental standards
• Obtaining quotes and coordination with external service providers
• Support in maintenance and repairs in the HVAC sector (heating, ventilation, sanitary)
• Participation in general building services

• Completed vocational training in heating and/or sanitary technology
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in the technical maintenance of commercial or industrial buildings
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
• Teamwork skills, strong service orientation and high commitment
• Neat appearance and good communication skills
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Confident use of common IT applications
• Driving licence category B
• Willingness for on-call duty
