Barista (M/F)
Job Description
Main Duties
- Welcome, advise and serve customers professionally.
- Prepare coffees, espressos, cappuccinos, lattes, speciality drinks and other specialties.
- Make cold drinks, juices and other preparations according to the establishment's recipes.
- Handle payments and manage the till.
- Ensure the quality of the products served and compliance with presentation standards.
- Manage bar supplies, stock and routine orders.
- Maintain a clean workspace in accordance with HACCP hygiene standards.
- Participate in opening and closing the point of sale.
Profile Sought
- Proven experience as a Barista or in catering service.
- Excellent knowledge of coffee and preparation methods.
- Customer service skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Energy, quick execution and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of English or other languages.
- Good presentation and team spirit.
- Flexible working hours.
