Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 100,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced professional as Architect / Architectural Draughtsperson to work on versatile and demanding residential construction projects. Depending on your professional focus, you will work primarily in concept and building permit planning or in execution and detailed planning and accompany projects through various SIA phases. You will work on projects using ArchiCAD in 3D and coordinate planning interfaces with project management, clients, specialist planners, authorities, and contractors. The position offers the opportunity to shape the scope of tasks according to your strengths in design, construction, or execution planning.
Responsibilities:
Handling demanding residential construction projects through various planning and realisation phases
Participation in concept, project, approval, or execution planning according to the professional focus
Creation and processing of building permit plans, floor plans, sections, and elevations
Development of execution, working, and detail plans for new build and renovation projects
Planning and modelling of construction projects with ArchiCAD in 3D
Development of technically and economically convincing construction and detail solutions
Coordination of planning with clients, specialist planners, authorities, and contractors
Integration of specialist planning from structural engineering and building services into architectural planning
Handling planning issues within the framework of approval procedures and execution planning
Review and coordination of plan statuses, contractor and workshop plans
Support of project management in the planning and technical processing across the relevant SIA phases
Qualifications:
Training as a draughtsperson EFZ specialising in architecture or completed architecture studies at FH, ETH or university level
Professional experience in Swiss residential construction and knowledge of local building standards
Solid knowledge in concept, execution and/or detailed planning
Very good user skills in ArchiCAD and 3D planning
Knowledge of Swiss SIA standards, planning processes and approval procedures
Good user skills in Microsoft 365
Business fluent German language skills in spoken and written form
