Role:
Our client is part of an internationally successful Swiss industrial group that develops and produces innovative speciality chemicals and high-performance polymers for a wide range of industries worldwide. Responsibilities:
You accompany the entire personnel cycle for your employee area – from recruitment and deployment to development and exit.
In doing so, you ensure professional personnel support and HR administration.
You support managers and employees as a reliable point of contact for HR questions and personnel-related concerns.
Additionally, you contribute to the further development of HR measures and projects, especially in the areas of absences, promotion of junior staff, and personnel development.
Qualifications:
A completed basic education in commercial or technical fields as well as HR-specific further training form your professional foundation.
You have already gained experience in a similar position and are familiar with the diverse tasks of operational personnel work.
Your user knowledge of MS Office is good and enables you to efficiently handle administrative tasks.
You communicate very confidently in German; English skills facilitate communication in an international environment if needed.
