Regional French/German Technical Support Manager (M/F) - 100% - PERMANENT POSITION

Your mission:

As a true field pillar, you will work within various subsidiaries in the cantons of Fribourg, Vaud and Biel/Bienne.

Your role: to support, guide and energise the local technical teams.

Your main responsibilities:
• Supervise and support a small team of technicians within each subsidiary
• Provide your technical expertise (bodywork, mechanics, sheet metal work…)
• Advise, support and train employees on best practices and quality standards
• Coordinate the scheduling of interventions and optimise local processes
• Ensure the link between the field and management, while maintaining smooth communication
• Actively contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our sites

-> A key, varied role with a direct impact on the operation of the subsidiaries.

Your profile:

• Federal VET Diploma as a bodywork sheet metal worker, automotive mechanic or equivalent training
• Ideally complemented by commercial training
• Native French speaker
• Excellent command of German (min. C1)
• Comfortable on the road: you enjoy travelling and appreciate days that are never the same
• Autonomous, dynamic, solution-oriented
• Enjoy human contact, support and skills transfer
