ERP Project Manager (m/f/d)

Role:
Connecting technology, processes and projects: We are looking for an experienced individual who not only manages ERP projects organisationally but understands technical contexts and acts as an interface between business and IT. Those who enjoy structuring complex requirements, driving solutions forward and accompanying projects from idea to go-live will find a versatile field of activity here.
Responsibilities:
Leading demanding ERP projects from conception to successful implementation
Managing projects in terms of time, budget, quality and technical objectives
Translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions
Analysing existing business processes and identifying optimisation potential
Coordinating internal departments, IT specialists and external technology partners
Planning and supporting ERP migrations, releases and system expansions
Designing modern integration solutions between ERP, CRM, BI and other business applications
Supporting interface projects and API-based integrations
Assisting with data migrations, system tests and technical approvals
Building project structures, roadmaps and technical implementation concepts
Managing workshops for requirements analysis and solution finding
Identifying technical risks and developing appropriate countermeasures
Supporting change and transformation processes in the ERP environment
Ensuring clean technical documentation and sustainable system architectures
Further developing project methods and standards in the ERP environment
Using modern methods such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban or hybrid project models
Qualifications:
Experience in leading or coordinating ERP projects
Technical understanding of ERP systems, databases, interfaces and IT infrastructures
Experience in analysing and optimising business processes
Ability to mediate confidently between departments, IT and management
Practical knowledge in ERP implementations, migrations or system developments
Understanding of API, REST, SQL and modern integration architectures is an advantage
Experience with agile or hybrid project methods
Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style
Strong analytical thinking and enjoyment of complex technical issues
Communicative personality with confident presence towards different stakeholders
High sense of responsibility and strong implementation skills
Interest in digitalisation, automation and modern ERP technologies
