Your Tasks

As Head of HR Business Partnering, you lead our HR Business Partner team with two employees. Together, you support the executive management and our leaders in strategic personnel and organisational matters and continuously develop our HR world. You set impulses, get topics rolling and contribute to the future-oriented development of our organisation.
- You lead and further develop our HR Business Partner team both professionally and personally
- You are a sparring partner for the executive management and our leaders and advise them on strategic, organisational, personnel and labour law issues
- You further develop our leadership and HR processes along the employee lifecycle - from talent and performance management to remuneration and succession planning
- You lead strategic HR projects, accompany transformation initiatives and develop our personnel work in a future-oriented manner
- You support leaders in change processes and help them to successfully and sustainably anchor changes
- You are responsible for recruiting key and top leadership positions and ensure a convincing candidate experience
- You strengthen our employer brand, build valuable networks and represent our bank as an attractive employer
- You identify optimisation potentials, drive the digitalisation of our HR processes and develop innovative solutions for the workplace of tomorrow
Our Requirements
- A higher education in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a comparable field
- Experience in a leadership role in HR with solid HR Business Partner experience, ideally in the financial services environment
- Experience in leading strategic HR projects as well as in transformation and change initiatives
- A pronounced consulting and business competence as well as the ability to accompany executive management and leaders at eye level and to set valuable impulses as a sparring partner
- Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking combined with a pragmatic hands-on mentality and strong implementation skills
- Enjoyment in initiating change, involving people and developing sustainable solutions
- Affinity for digital HR solutions as well as experience in the further development and digitalisation of HR processes
- An initiative-taking, networked-thinking and convincing personality with high social competence, assertiveness and pronounced service orientation
