Head of Biomass Sales (m/f/d)

Then you are exactly right at Axpo Biomasse AG. In this key role, you lead biomass sales in Switzerland and actively contribute to expanding sustainable material cycles and renewable energy supply.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• You lead the biomass sales department with 14 people, of which 6 report directly to you

• You lead, develop and coach the biomass sales department

• You are responsible for the sale of biomass products and services in Switzerland

• You look after key customers and further develop long-term supply contracts

• You expand the material flow portfolio and actively develop the market

• You implement pricing policy and are responsible for sales, profit and budget

• You ensure transparency, quality, costs and deadlines

• You ensure the reliable supply of plants with organic materials

• You are responsible for product and marketing management

• You represent Axpo in relevant committees and continue to expand your network

Profile & Requirements:

• Education in horticulture, forestry or agriculture

• Further education at HF or FH level

• Additional business or sales-related training

• Several years of leadership experience

• Experience in sales, preferably in field sales as well as in waste disposal services or biomass

• Confident appearance as well as strong communication and negotiation skills

• Entrepreneurial thinking and independent working style

• Organisational talent and quick comprehension

• Very good German and French skills in spoken and written form, further language skills are a plus
