This strategic position combines project management, budget monitoring and team leadership.
As the true architectural reference of the office, you will work on your own projects while overseeing and monitoring the work carried out by other architects and draftsmen in the team.
You will also be authorised to sign the enquiry plans (REG or MPQ), a central responsibility within the organisation.
As part of strengthening its teams, our client, a human-sized architectural firm recognised in French-speaking Switzerland and based in the Lausanne region, is looking for a Senior Architect / Team Leader M/F.

Tasks
Your responsibilities
- Design and manage your own projects, from feasibility studies to completion.
- Ensure the enquiry submissions and signing of plans.
- Lead, support and coordinate a small team of project architect managers.
- Supervise projects entrusted to other project managers.
- Guarantee the architectural, technical and economic quality of projects.
- Participate in strategic thinking and optimisation of design processes.
- Work closely with management, construction directors and all stakeholders.
Candidate profile
Your profile
- Architectural degree from EPF, HES or equivalent.
- REG/MPQ title or equivalent allowing signing of enquiry plans in Switzerland is essential.
- Proven experience of at least 10 years in the design and development of residential projects (PPE) in Switzerland.
- Successful experience in team leadership or supervision is an asset.
- Proficiency in Archicad as well as the Adobe suite.
- Sense of responsibility, natural leadership and excellent coordination skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, pragmatic and solution-oriented.
