As Head of Business Applications, CRM & Analytics, you are responsible for the strategic and operational management of the Business Applications, CRM & Analytics department. Together with your teams, you continuously develop the application landscape, CRM solutions, as well as analytics and data platforms. Together with your team, you create the foundation for personalised customer experiences, well-founded decisions, and data-driven corporate management.

Your tasks

• You ensure the stable operation, continuous development, and optimal use of insurance solutions, the CRM landscape, as well as analytics, BI, and reporting platforms.
• You develop and implement the CRM, insurance application, and data strategy in alignment with corporate goals.
• You lead a department with several teams both professionally and personally, promote their development, and create a motivating and performance-oriented working environment.
• You ensure high data quality and sustainable data governance.
• You work closely with leaders from the marketing, sales, actuarial, and other departments to develop joint solutions.
• You identify new technologies and recognise potentials through analytics, automation, and AI, transforming these into solutions with measurable customer benefits.
• You are responsible for the department's budget, manage external partners and service providers, and ensure economical and sustainable collaboration.

Your profile

• University degree in business, computer science, data science, or a comparable field.
• Several years of leadership and project experience in CRM (BSI, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.), data management (Oracle, Cognos, SAS, Qlik, Microsoft Fabrics, PowerBI, etc.), and/or customer analytics.
• Several years of experience in operating and further developing business applications, preferably in the insurance environment.
• Sound understanding of modern CRM, data platforms, and analytical methods.
• Experience in developing and implementing data-driven strategies and transformation projects.
• Several years of leadership experience with responsibility for multiple teams or larger organisational units.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high customer orientation, and enthusiasm for actively shaping change.
