Transport Administration Clerk (m/f/d)

• You look after our customers and ensure a smooth process in our transport administration
• As a contact person for our customers, you competently handle enquiries and ensure professional support
• You reliably record transport orders and prepare invoices on time
• With your eye for efficient processes, you contribute ideas, optimise existing procedures and actively participate in their further development
• Administrative tasks, master data maintenance as well as the preparation of evaluations and statistics complete your varied range of duties

• You must have a completed commercial basic education or an equivalent qualification – experience in transport logistics is a great advantage
• You can express yourself confidently in German both orally and in writing; English and French are advantageous
• A quick grasp, interconnected thinking and a customer-oriented working style characterise you
• You work reliably, precisely and keep an overview even in hectic situations
• Flexibility, teamwork and good IT user skills complete your profile
