About the job
Join a growing Swiss FinTech and support private banks, asset managers and family offices in using an advanced performance and risk analysis platform. A role at the crossroads of Client Success, project management and business development, with strong exposure to senior stakeholders.
Our client is a Swiss FinTech specialised in portfolio performance analysis and visualisation, active for over 15 years with private banks, asset managers and family offices.
Its SaaS platform transforms complex financial data into reliable and actionable indicators to help management professionals better understand, demonstrate and communicate the quality of their management.
The company currently has a team of about eight employees and is entering a new phase of growth. In this context, it wishes to strengthen its Client Success function with the creation of a new position based in Morges, with a hybrid working model.
Responsibilities
As a Client Success Manager, you take responsibility for a portfolio of institutional clients and become their main point of contact throughout their use of the platform.
Your role is primarily relational, commercial and project management oriented. No IT development skills are expected.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of private banks, asset managers and other wealth management professionals.
- Lead the onboarding of new clients and support the deployment of the platform within their teams.
- Understand the users’ business challenges and help them fully leverage performance, risk and portfolio positioning analyses.
- Organise and deliver user training as well as regular presentations of the solution.
- Simplify complex financial analyses and transform them into clear and directly actionable information for clients.
- Maintain a proactive relationship with contacts up to the C-level.
- Identify opportunities to extend the use of the platform within client organisations: new users, teams or mandates.
- Participate in cross-selling and upselling efforts, in coordination with the sales team.
- Anticipate disengagement risks and actively contribute to client retention.
- Animate the user community through webinars, training sessions and client events.
- Coordinate data-related topics and client projects with internal teams, notably support and management.
- Relay user needs to contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform.
The position does not involve asset management nor advising end clients. The objective is to support management professionals by providing them with the tools and data necessary to analyse and contextualise their own work.
Candidate Profile
You ideally have 3 to 5 years of experience in financial services and understand wealth management and asset management operations.
You might come from:
- a private bank or asset manager in a project, transformation, COO office or management support role;
- a provider of PMS, Core Banking or financial solutions, for example in an Avaloq, Azqore or similar environment;
- a FinTech or B2B SaaS publisher specialised in financial services;
- a Client Success, Account Management or Project Management role with strong exposure to the financial sector.
You are comfortable with concepts of performance, volatility, risk, asset allocation and financial markets, without necessarily being a portfolio manager yourself.
Beyond your experience, we are looking for a personality who is:
- client-oriented and naturally comfortable building trustful relationships;
- able to manage clients autonomously;
- structured and rigorous in project management;
- commercial without aggressive sales tactics;
- able to simplify complex financial topics;
- proactive, approachable and solution-oriented;
- comfortable in the agile and entrepreneurial environment of a human-scale FinTech.
