AI Integration & Operational Efficiency Specialist (M/F/X)

Your mission

Transform our industrial operations through AI.

Reporting directly to management, your main objective will be to embed artificial intelligence at the heart of our industrial and administrative processes to maximise the efficiency of our teams. Your role will not be to deploy technology for the sake of technology, but to provide concrete, tailor-made AI solutions perfectly suited to the daily tasks of each employee.

Your key responsibilities

• Job and process audit: Analyse in detail each workstation and dissect the specifications (factory and office teams) to identify opportunities for automation and optimisation.
• Custom AI solutions: Design, propose and implement AI tools and applications adapted to the specific needs and workflow of each employee.
• Change management support: Train, guide and support our teams on the ground to ensure smooth and successful adoption of these new tools.
• Technological and competitive watch: Continuously explore, test and evaluate the latest AI market innovations to keep our industrial operations at the cutting edge of innovation.

Your profile

• AI expertise: You have a thorough knowledge of existing AI applications (LLM, automation platforms, intelligent agents and productivity tools).
• Boundless passion: You are a technology enthusiast, AI drives you daily and you naturally dedicate time to sector watch.
• English proficiency: An excellent level of English (written and spoken) is essential to master global technological tools and collaborate effectively.
• Analytical mind and human sense: Able to quickly understand complex industrial workflows, you show empathy to identify user bottlenecks.
