Clerk in Operational Purchasing

Are you looking for a varied interim position, want to profitably apply your expertise in operational purchasing, or gain valuable practical experience in a dynamic industrial environment? In this role, you will ensure the smooth running of the supply chain as an important support to the purchasing team and keep the processes going.

This position is limited to three to four months with the option of extension.

Your main tasks:

• Active support of the purchasing team in order processing and procurement procedures.
• Independent follow-up on delivery dates as well as open, professional communication with national and international suppliers.
• Accurate recording and updating of material master data for optimal data quality.
• Flexible deployment in administrative additional tasks and exciting special topics in purchasing.

• Completed commercial basic training (KV) or a technical apprenticeship with a commercial affinity.
• Initial experience in purchasing or materials management is a clear advantage.
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications. SAP knowledge is a great advantage.
• Negotiation-level German skills as well as good English skills for international correspondence.
• You are an organised, precise, and team-oriented personality with a hands-on approach.
