What to expect:

• Operation and further development of Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops – stable, performant and future-oriented

• Analysis and sustainable resolution of complex incidents at 3rd-level standard

• Participation in virtual workplace projects as well as creation of technical concepts and proofs of concept

• Automation of recurring tasks using PowerShell to reduce manual processes

• Active shaping and further development of the virtual workplace platform

• Occasional support in the area of Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)

What you bring:

• Several years of experience in engineering Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops at 3rd-level (ideally with Citrix certifications)

• Know-how in Microsoft AVD is an advantage

• Solid experience with PowerShell and automation

• Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style

• Strong quality awareness and customer-oriented thinking

• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
