What to expect:

• As a Senior System Engineer, you are at the forefront with the customer when it comes to the conception, design, and implementation/migration of Modern Workplace

• You support our customers with comprehensive information and advice on new technologies and systems in the Modern Workplace segment

• You take on the technical lead for Modern Workplace in Professional Services and are the contact person for this topic

• With high personal responsibility and independently, you develop and implement workplace infrastructures as well as their management environments

• Developing and implementing Modern Workplace concepts including GPO strategy

• Collecting, documenting, and introducing new Modern Workplace features

• Support with operational problems within the scope of 3rd level support

• Occasional on-call duty

What you bring:

• Several years of practical experience in the Modern Workplace area in medium-sized to larger IT environments, ideally at an IT service provider

• You have a higher vocational education in the field of (business) informatics (FH, HF) with professional experience

• You enjoy direct customer contact, also on site, and have a flair for advising and leading our customers

• You also bring a high service and solution-oriented as well as independent working style

• You have excellent knowledge of M365 Modern Workplace and think the architecture end-to-end

• Workplace security is a given for you

• A broad expertise in the M365 cloud area as well as experience in the MDM area complete your profile

• You have excellent analytical skills, proceed in a structured manner to identify and resolve technical problems

• Excellent German and good English skills are a must
