The Gynaecology Department of the Jura Hospital carries out inpatient and outpatient activities primarily at the Delémont site (+ over 3,300 consultations per year / 450 births / 750 hospitalisations / 500 gynaecological operations). The department offers a wide range of general and specialised consultations (breast diseases, urinary incontinence, colposcopy, adolescent consultation, infertility and menopause) as well as emergency management.
To strengthen the current team, we are looking for a candidate to start on 1 January 2027 or by agreement:

Responsibilities
- You ensure the comprehensive care of patients and interact with specialists in the field.
- You supervise and train assistant doctors (residents) responsible for patient care and proactively organise their work as well as the daily operation of the department.
- You participate in the department’s pre- and postgraduate training, as well as in continuous improvement activities of the working environment.
Qualifications
- You hold a Swiss Federal Diploma in Medicine or a title recognised by the Federal Commission of Medical Professions (MEBEKO).
- Ideally, you have a specialisation in gynaecology / FMH title or equivalence for qualifications obtained abroad; or are about to acquire it.
- You possess excellent clinical knowledge in gynaecology and obstetrics.
- Knowledge of French (level B2/C1); another foreign language is welcome.
- Autonomy, rigour and excellent interpersonal skills are expected.
