PROJECT ARCHITECT (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 105,000Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced architect for the planning and realisation of versatile and architecturally demanding building projects. You will work on projects from the concept and design phase through the approval planning to the execution and detailed planning, combining architectural quality with constructive understanding. The project portfolio includes, among others, public buildings, residential projects in a historic context, and infrastructure buildings. The position offers a broad professional activity across several SIA phases with a high degree of personal responsibility in architectural planning.
Responsibilities:
Independent handling of demanding architectural projects across several SIA planning phases
Development and further processing of architectural concepts, designs, and project studies
Creation of planning, approval, execution, and detailed plans
Development of floor plan, façade, materialisation, and construction concepts
Processing of building applications and submissions to authorities taking into account applicable building regulations
Planning and detailing of public buildings, residential buildings, and projects in historic contexts
Coordination of planning interfaces with clients, specialist planners, authorities, and other project participants
Review and integration of specialist planner documents into architectural and execution planning
Development of constructive detail and material solutions considering design and feasibility
Creation and maintenance of digital CAD/3D planning bases
Ensuring the application of relevant SIA standards, Swiss building regulations, and project-specific requirements
Planning support during the realisation phase and handling of execution and detail queries
Qualifications:
Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture FH/ETH or equivalent university degree
Several years of professional experience with solid planning and execution experience
Good knowledge in design, planning, approval, and execution planning
Profound understanding of construction, detailing, and materialisation
Experience with common CAD/3D architecture software
Knowledge of relevant SIA standards and Swiss planning and approval procedures
Good German language skills spoken and written
