You handle support requests by phone, email, and via the ticket system and ensure quick and competent assistance
In user cases in Abacus, you analyse the causes and find suitable solutions
You advise and support customers on technical and professional questions and ensure a high level of service quality
You document solutions comprehensibly and continuously maintain the knowledge database
Together with consultants, project managers, and software manufacturers, you work on sustainable solutions for more complex issues
Qualifications:
A commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification forms your professional basis
Ideally, you bring experience in ERP support, consulting, or process consulting, knowledge of Abacus is an advantage
Your IT affinity and confident handling of Microsoft 365 distinguish you
In addition to fluent German skills, you have good French skills and communicate confidently orally
