ICT Engineer Platforms & Service Management (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF115,000 - 125,000Role:
Responsibility for the secure and stable operation of modern IT services in a demanding environment. The position combines technical depth in Microsoft technologies with project work, automation and continuous development of the infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring reliable operation of Microsoft 365, workplace and infrastructure services
Support and further development of Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and Azure AD
Responsibility for 2nd and 3rd level support as well as coordination of complex incidents
Analysis, optimisation and automation of existing IT processes and platforms
Participation in IT projects, technology evaluations and lifecycle topics
Collaboration with external service partners and internal departments
Creation of technical documentation and support in training
Qualifications:
Completed IT training with further education at HF/FH level or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience in the Microsoft environment with M365, Intune, Entra ID and Workplace Management
Good knowledge of network, security, system architecture and automation
Experience with PowerShell and modern IT operations processes
Practical experience in IT projects as well as provider and partner management
Structured, solution-oriented working style with a high level of service orientation
Very good German skills as well as good English skills
