We are looking for you to join our team at our new BAYARD CO LTD WOMEN LÉMAN CENTRE branch from 1st February 2027 or by agreement 40%

La Mode Bayard SA is a Swiss fashion company, active nationwide, headquartered in Bern. The company operates 70 stores, most of which are multi-brand concepts under the name BAYARD CO LTD, as well as a few single-brand stores.

Your main tasks

• You actively serve and advise our demanding clientele.
• You are flexible and can be assigned as needed, every day of the week.
• You share responsibility for the excellence and originality of visual merchandising.
• You handle merchandise with care and precision.
• Cash register service, including closing tasks, is part of your daily work.
• You participate in maintenance and tidying tasks.

Your profile

• You have a talent for sales and experience in women's fashion, with a systematic priority on our customers.
• You have a customer-oriented and stress-resistant personality, with great availability and flexibility.
• You have an innate sense to anticipate trends, a neat appearance, and an eye for attractive merchandise presentation.
• You have a lively and dynamic personality and enjoy daily interactions in a lively environment.
